Day 01: Leh Arrival and Acclimatization

Arrival at Leh airport, received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, with welcome tea and coffee served by the hotel and time to relax and adjust to the altitude. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 02: Leh Local and Sham Valley

After breakfast enjoy a full day of local sightseeing visiting Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa followed by drives to Magnetic Hill, the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and the confluence of Zanskar and Indus rivers (the Sangam). Return to Leh for overnight stay in Leh.

Day 03: Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass

After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (18,390 ft), the highest motorable road, enjoying spectacular snow‑capped mountain views; en route optional adventure activities like ATV rides are available on direct payment. After hotel check in visit the 108 ft Maitreya Buddha at Diskit Monastery and Hunder Sand Dunes where you can opt for a double‑humped camel ride (on direct payment). Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 04: Nubra Turtuk Visit and Border Views

After breakfast drive to Turtuk, a village opened to tourists since 2010 and formerly under Pakistani control, visit the Balti Heritage House and Museum and Turtuk Waterfalls, then proceed to Thang Zero Point and the northernmost border views near the Line of Control to see Indian and Pakistani bunkers and where the Shyok river enters Pakistan. Return to Nubra for overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 05: Nubra Sumur Panamik and Siachen Basecamp

After breakfast visit Sumur village and the Samstanling Gompa, then continue to Panamik known for its hot springs and as a base for the Ensa Monastery trek and Yarab Tso Lake; opportunity to buy pashmina and local produce. After Panamik proceed to visit the Siachen Base Camp to meet army personnel and learn about daily life at the world’s highest battlefield. Return to Nubra for overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 06: Pangong Lake via Shyok and Durbuk

Drive from Nubra following the route back toward Leh until Khalsar, then take the left route via Agyam bridge through Shyok and Durbuk to Tangtse and onward to Pangong Lake (about 14,000 ft); explore the lake area, visit the 3 Idiots shooting point, try local food at lakeside restaurants, enjoy the colour changing lake and sunset on the banks. Overnight stay in Pangong.

Day 07: Leh Return via Changla Pass and Monasteries

Early morning enjoy sunrise views over Pangong Lake, then after breakfast drive back to Leh with a halt at Changla Pass for hot tea; en route visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery with its stupas and thangkas, and Hemis Monastery, the largest Drukpa Kagyu monastic foundation. Arrive Leh and rest; overnight stay in Leh.

Day 08: Leh Departure and Airport Transfer

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board your flight back to destination. Journey ends with sweet memories.
