If your date of journey is less than 7 Days, there will be no refund until and unless any accommodation has a different policy. Other refunds are also based upon Hotel & Transport Management Policies. There is NO REFUND against the booking of Bengal & Sikkim Homestays less than 20 days of Journey and/ or Check-in date. Terms & Conditions for Debit/Credit Card Payments
(Applicable for Government/Private Hotel Bookings, Tours, and Activities)
All debit/credit card transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. A convenience fee or bank processing charge (typically 1.5%–3% of the transaction amount) may be applicable and shall be borne by the guest unless otherwise stated.
By initiating a card payment, the guest confirms that the card used is their own or that they are authorized to use it. Ocean6 Holidays shall not be held liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Bookings for hotels (government or private), tours, and activities will only be confirmed after successful realization of payment. Partial payments do not constitute confirmation unless specifically agreed in writing by Ocean6 Holidays.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the individual hotel/tour/activity provider’s cancellation policy. Any refund due will be credited to the original card used, after deducting gateway charges, processing fees, and applicable cancellation charges. Refund processing time may range from 7 to 21 working days depending on the bank.
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without notifying Ocean6 Holidays shall be treated as a violation of our terms. We urge guests to first contact our support team for resolution before initiating a chargeback. False chargebacks will be contested legally and may involve blacklisting from future services.
All card transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards, conversion rates and foreign exchange charges as determined by the issuing bank may apply. Ocean6 Holidays is not responsible for any such charges or discrepancies in the final amount debited.
A payment acknowledgment receipt will be provided via email/WhatsApp after successful transaction completion. Guests are requested to retain this as proof of payment.
Ocean6 Holidays is not responsible for any payment failure due to internet connectivity, gateway errors, or downtime of banking systems. Guests are advised to retry or contact us in case of technical errors.
Ocean6 Holidays reserves the right to decline a booking or cancel any service if a card transaction is flagged as suspicious, incomplete, or not successfully authorized.
