Day 01: Tokyo Arrival and Airport Transfer

Meet and greet at the airport exit followed by private transfer from Haneda or Narita Airport to your Tokyo hotel. Arrival formalities and hotel check-in on private transfer; rest of the day at leisure to relax or explore locally. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 02: Tokyo Sensoji and Skytree

After breakfast depart by private vehicle for a full day Tokyo sightseeing including Asakusa Sensoji Shrine, a walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, and a visit to Tokyo Skytree for panoramic city views; time permitting, visit teamLab Planets (subject to availability and separate entry). Sightseeing performed with a private vehicle for up to 10 hours. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 03: Mount Fuji and Hakone Excursion

After an early breakfast depart by private vehicle for a Mount Fuji day excursion visiting Mt. Fuji 5th Station (views dependent on clear weather), Lake Ashi for a 30‑minute cruise with potential Mt. Fuji vistas on clear days, and the Hakone Ropeway to view the Owakudani volcanic area and surrounding landscapes. Note Mt. Fuji visibility is not guaranteed. Sightseeing by private vehicle for up to 10 hours. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 04: Tokyo Ueno and Shinjuku Highlights

After an early breakfast explore Ueno Zoo and Ueno Park, visit the Tokyo National Museum in Ueno, then continue to Shinjuku to see Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (entry payable direct), the Cat Billboard and the Godzilla head at Hotel Gracery; in the evening experience Golden Gai’s narrow alleys and nightlife. Sightseeing by private vehicle for up to 10 hours. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 05: Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea

After breakfast transfer by vehicle for pickup and drop only to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea for a full day at the park (park tickets and entry not included). Return transfer to hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 06: Tokyo to Kyoto by Shinkansen

After breakfast private transfer to Tokyo Station, board the Shinkansen for Kyoto (intercity transfer by bullet train), and on arrival a private hotel transfer in Kyoto. Guests may opt to send luggage directly to Osaka at their own cost and travel light to Kyoto. Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 07: Kyoto Temples and Bamboo Grove

After breakfast enjoy Kyoto sightseeing by private vehicle visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha with its thousands of torii gates, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kyoto Railway Museum, Kiyomizudera (part of the UNESCO World Heritage sites) and Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion). Sightseeing by private vehicle for up to 10 hours. Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 08: Kyoto to Osaka and Osaka Landmarks

After breakfast private transfer to Osaka with sightseeing including Osaka Castle, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, Umeda Sky Building observation areas, and an evening visit to Dotonbori to experience its vibrant dining and neon district. Transfers and sightseeing by private vehicle. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 09: Universal Studios Osaka

After breakfast transfer by vehicle for pickup and drop only to Universal Studios Japan for a full day at the park (park tickets and entry not included). Alternatively guests may request a Hiroshima day trip (supplement applies) if notified in advance. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 10: Nara Excursion from Osaka

After breakfast depart by private vehicle for a full day excursion to Nara visiting Nara Deer Park and Todaiji Temple with its large bronze Buddha statue. Sightseeing and transfers by private vehicle for up to 10 hours. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 11: Osaka Departure Transfer

After breakfast check out and private transfer from your Osaka hotel to Kansai International Airport for departure. End of services.
