Day 1: Arrival at Deoghar – Baidyanath Dham Darshan

Arrive at Deoghar railway station and meet our tour representative on the platform. Transfer to your hotel near the temple and check in. After freshening up, proceed for darshan at Baba Baidyanath Dham, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, subject to temple administration timings and queue conditions. Visit the temple complex, which holds twenty-one shrines within its walls, including the Parvati temple whose knot with the main shrine gives Deoghar its long association with marital bonds. End the day at Shivganga tank beside the temple. Overnight stay in Deoghar.

Day 2: Basukinath & Deoghar Circuit

After an early breakfast, drive to Baba Basukinath Temple, traditionally visited after Baidyanath Dham to complete the darshan. Return to Deoghar and visit Naulakha Mandir, built in the style of the Belur Math temple, followed by the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith campus and the Satsang Ashram. In the afternoon, visit Tapovan Hill with its caves and Shiva shrine, followed by Nandan Pahar. Overnight stay in Deoghar.

Day 3: Deoghar – Madhuban

Start with an early morning darshan at Baba Baidyanath Dham, generally the quietest hour at the temple. Return for breakfast and check out, then drive to Madhuban at the base of Parasnath Hill, stopping at Trikut Pahar for the ropeway ascent en route, subject to operating conditions. Check in at your dharamshala or hotel at Madhuban. In the afternoon, visit the Jal Mandir, the Bhomiyaji temple and the Samavasaran temple in the Madhuban complex. Overnight stay in Madhuban.

Day 4: Parasnath Hill – Shikharji

Start well before dawn for the ascent of Parasnath Hill to Shikharji, the site where twenty of the twenty-four Jain Tirthankaras are held to have attained moksha. The climb runs roughly nine kilometres to the ridge, with the tonks, or shrine platforms, spread along the summit ridge and a further descent on the return. Doli carriers are available at the base for those who need them, subject to availability. Return to Madhuban by afternoon and rest. Overnight stay in Madhuban.

Day 5: Madhuban – Giridih

After breakfast, visit the remaining temples in the Madhuban complex and the Jain museum. Check out and drive to Giridih, stopping at Usri Falls where the river drops through a rocky gorge in three channels, subject to water flow and access. Continue to Khandoli Dam and the hill viewpoint above it. Check in at your hotel in Giridih. Overnight stay in Giridih.

Day 6: Giridih – Departure

After breakfast, check out and visit the Khandoli park area or the local market if your departure time allows. Transfer to Giridih or Parasnath railway station for your departure.
