Day 01: Masai Mara Arrival and Narok Scenery

Drive from Nairobi via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch; after lunch head out for an afternoon game drive across plains and rolling hills in search of elephant, black‑maned lion, leopard, buffalo, cheetah and diverse hoofed species, then return to your camp or lodge for an evening Yoga session designed to gently release travel fatigue, calm the nervous system and establish a mindful connection with the Mara landscape before dinner. Overnight stay in Masai Mara.

Day 02: Masai Mara Sunrise Yoga and Game Drive

Begin the day with the option of a 7:00 am sunrise yoga session or an early morning game drive; return to camp for an 11:00 am yoga class, enjoy lunch at camp, then head out for an afternoon game drive making your way back to camp before dusk, exploring one of Kenya’s richest wildlife areas and learning about the annual great wildebeest migration that brings vast numbers of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle to the Mara between July and November. Overnight stay in Masai Mara.

Day 03: Masai Mara Full Day Game Viewing

Spend the day game‑viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon drives to maximize wildlife sightings across the savannah; in the late afternoon return to camp for an evening yoga class purposed to energize the body, sharpen awareness and deepen the connection between breath, movement and the natural rhythms of the Mara. Overnight stay in Masai Mara.

Day 04: Return to Nairobi and Airport Drop Off

After breakfast depart Maasai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, with drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your outbound flight. No overnight stay.
