Refund Policy for Cancellations by Ecotour Cell:
If tickets are cancelled by the Ecotour Cell due to unforeseen events unsuitable for visitors' stay, the full amount will be refunded to the visitor.
Online Cancellation Process:
- Cancellations of bookings done online can only be processed through the portal by the visitors themselves.
- The Ecotourism Cell or the destinations cannot process cancellations via email or telephone requests.
- Visitors intending to cancel their tickets must ensure the booking is cancelled and a confirmation email is received at the registered email ID.
Agent and Cash Counter Bookings:
- Tickets booked by agents can only be cancelled through the concerned booking agents.
- Bookings made at cash counters can only be cancelled at the respective cash counter where the booking was made.
