Day 1: Arrival in Ranchi – Transfer to McCluskieganj

Arrive in Ranchi and meet our tour representative at the airport or railway station. Transfer to McCluskieganj, a former Anglo-Indian settlement in the Chotanagpur plateau, known for its old bungalows, sal and pine forests, and quiet hill air. Travel via the Patratu Valley ghat road, stopping at the valley viewpoint and Patratu Dam for photographs. After checking in at your resort, walk through the old bungalow lanes and visit Christ Church. End the day beside the Jheel, watching the sunset over the water. Overnight stay in McCluskieganj.

Day 2: McCluskieganj Sightseeing

After an early breakfast, drive to the base of Duduwa Hills for a short hike to the hilltop, with views across the plateau and the surrounding forest. Continue to the Degadegi River and the pine forest stretch nearby. In the afternoon, visit Konka Dam, followed by the Sarna Sthal and Gorea Kocha on the Chatti River. Return through the settlement, passing Don Bosco Academy and the remaining Anglo-Indian homes that give the town its character. Evening at leisure at the resort, with a bonfire arranged where weather permits. Overnight stay in McCluskieganj.

Day 3: McCluskieganj – Ranchi Departure

Start with an early morning walk through Hesalong village and the surrounding forest trail. Return to the resort for breakfast and check out. Transfer back to Ranchi, stopping at Ranchi Lake and the Pahari Mandir if your departure time allows, before your drop at the airport or railway station.
