Day 01: Wakro Arrival and Golden Pagoda Visit

Arrive at Dibrugarh Airport, have breakfast or lunch, and begin the 4–5 hour drive to Wakro with an optional quick sightseeing stop at the Golden Pagoda in Namsai for a short break and photos; on arrival check into your homestay or resort, enjoy local food, relax and rest early for the next day’s drive. Overnight stay in Wakro.

Day 02: Dong Valley and Parshuram Kund

After breakfast depart from Wakro, visit Parshuram Kund on the way to take in views of the Lohit River, and then continue the 5–6 hour drive toward Walong and Dong Valley with a stop at the Walong War Memorial to pay homage to soldiers of the 1962 Indo China war; arrive at Dong Valley in the evening, check into your resort and rest early to witness India’s first sunrise the next morning. Overnight stay in Dong Valley.

Day 03: Dong Valley and Lohit River Sunrise

Pre-dawn guided trek (arranged by us, trek cost not included and payable in cash) to witness India’s first sunrise over the Lohit River, then explore Walong including Helmet Top and Namti Plains (1962 war sites), relax in the natural hot springs near Walong, visit Lohit River viewpoints and the nearby Kibithu area to see India’s easternmost village and the Indo China border, then return to Walong/Dong Valley for local dinner and overnight rest. Overnight stay in Dong Valley.

Day 04: Tezu and Walong War Memorial

Enjoy a relaxed morning and start the 6-hour drive back toward Tezu via Walong with another stop at the Walong War Memorial, enjoy scenic stretches along the Lohit River with short photo and tea breaks en route, and arrive in Tezu in the evening to check into your hotel or homestay, explore Tezu town and relax. Overnight stay in Tezu.

Day 05: Anini and Roing Stop

Depart early from Tezu and drive through lush forests to Roing for a short break and optional visit to Mayodia Pass, refuel and continue the long, scenic journey through the Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary with limited stops (carry packed food), traverse river valleys and remote wilderness before reaching Anini in the evening to check in, unwind, enjoy sunset views and experience Idu Mishmi culture. Overnight stay in Anini.

Day 06: Anini and Mipi Village Visit

Spend a leisurely morning at your resort in Anini, then visit remote Mipi Village to interact with the Idu Mishmi tribe and learn about their traditions and handicrafts, proceed to Chigu Camp to enjoy pristine forests and serene landscapes endorsed by the state, and visit several hidden waterfalls in the surrounding forests before returning to your accommodation. Day 07: Roing and Scenic Valley Drive

Begin the day early and drive from Anini toward Roing, admiring lush valleys, dense forests and winding mountain roads, pass through remote villages and observe traditional Idu Mishmi life, take scenic breaks for photography and refreshments, and arrive in Roing by evening to check into your hotel and rest. Day 08: Aalo and Pasighat Views

Depart Roing early after breakfast and drive via Pasighat crossing the Dibang and Siang Rivers, enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and a tea break en route, follow the Siang River through remote villages and dense forests with a lunch stop on the way, then reach Aalo in the evening to check into your stay, explore the local market and soak in the town’s atmosphere. Overnight stay in Aalo.

Day 09: Mechuka and Hanging Bridges

After breakfast in Aalo depart for Mechuka on a 6–7 hour scenic route featuring valleys, rivers, waterfalls and hanging bridges with opportunities to interact with Adi and Memba tribes; arrive in Mechuka in the evening, check into a homestay or hotel, stroll the town and local markets, enjoy a warm traditional dinner and relax. Overnight stay in Mechuka.

Day 10: Mechuka Monastery and Gurudwara

Spend the morning visiting Samten Yongcha Monastery, Gurudwara Sahib Mechuka and Hanuman Camp with your local guide, enjoy lunch by the Siom River surrounded by the valley’s breathtaking scenery and snow capped peaks, witness a magical sunset over the valley, savor local dishes such as Zan or Thukpa in the evening and rest at your homestay or hotel. Day 11: Pasighat via Mountain Drive

Start early from Mechuka (around 6:00 AM) and drive through scenic mountain roads toward Pasighat with possible stops at Tato, Pidi or Aalo for local cuisine and short village visits, continue the journey through spectacular landscapes and reach Pasighat by evening to check into your hotel and relax. Day 12: Dibrugarh Departure and Airport Transfer

After breakfast depart Pasighat as per your flight timing for the approximately 3-hour drive to Dibrugarh Airport, plan departure to arrive on time for your flight and conclude the tour with safe onward journey.
