Day 01: Arrival Almaty and Airport Transfer

Arrive in Almaty where you will be met at the arrival hall by your English speaking guide after clearing immigration and baggage formalities; you will be escorted to your vehicle where chocolates and refreshing napkins will be served and complimentary Wi Fi details provided by your guide, followed by transfer to the hotel for check in and time to relax before dinner on your own. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 02: Shymbulak Ski Resort and Panfilov Promenade

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Shymbulak Ski Resort and ascend via the three tier Gondola to the mountain area (up to level three and the highest viewpoints) where you can enjoy cafés, an observation deck and optional mountain activities; return to the city for lunch on your own, relax at the hotel, then enjoy an evening walk along the Panfilov promenade with local music and street entertainment finishing at Arbat street for shopping. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 03: Almaty City Tour and Koktobe Visit

Following breakfast, take an Almaty city tour visiting First President Park, Republic Square, the State Opera and Ballet Theatre, museums at the Academy of Sciences, Abay Square, Kazakhstan Hotel and Palace of the Republic, then visit Panfilov Park and Zenkov Cathedral to see the war memorial and city greens; later return to the hotel to relax and in the evening take the cable car to Koktobe hill for panoramic city views and dining options. Day 04: Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Shop

After breakfast visit Zelyony Bazaar (Green Bazaar) near Panfilov Park to experience the local market atmosphere, fresh produce and bargaining opportunities, followed by a visit to the Rakhat Chocolate shop; enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant on your own and then free time for shopping at malls such as Dostyk Plaza, Esentai Mall or Mega Mall before dinner on your own. Day 05: Charyn Canyon Excursion

Early breakfast and a full day excursion to Charyn Canyon (approximately 195–200 km one way) where you will travel through scenic landscapes, walk panoramic viewpoints and explore the Valley of Castles with chances for photography and tea at the canyon edge; lunch at a local café or packed lunch on your own, then return to Almaty in the evening for dinner on your own. Day 06: Departure Almaty and Airport Transfer
