Day 1: Arrival in Ranchi – Transfer to Patratu Valley

Arrive in Ranchi and meet our tour representative at the airport or railway station. Transfer to Patratu Valley, reached by the winding ghat road that drops through forested hills in a series of hairpin bends. Stop at the valley viewpoints along the descent for photographs, then continue to your hotel or resort by the lake. After checking in, visit Patratu Dam and spend the late afternoon by the reservoir. End the day at the sunset point above the valley, watching the light change over the water and the hills. Overnight stay in Patratu.

Day 2: Patratu Valley Sightseeing

After breakfast, head to Patratu Lake for a boat ride across the reservoir. Explore the Nalkari River stretch and the surrounding forest paths. In the afternoon, drive to the Patratu Thermal Power Station viewpoint and the Chandrapura side of the valley, followed by a stop at the Sikidiri Hydel Project and the Getalsud Dam backwaters. Return in time for the evening at the ghat road viewpoints, with the valley lights below. Overnight stay in Patratu.

Day 3: Patratu Valley – Ranchi Departure

Start with an early morning drive to Ranchi via Ormanjhi, stopping at Hundru Falls or Jonha Falls depending on water flow and road condition. Continue to Ranchi, visiting Rock Garden and Ranchi Lake, then Pahari Mandir if your departure time allows. Transfer to Ranchi airport or railway station for departure.
