Day 01: Leh Arrival and Acclimatization

Day 02: Leh Market and Shanti Stupa

Day 03: Hanle Monastery and Observatory

After breakfast drive to Hanle through the Changthang region via Mahe, Nyoma and Loma, with option to view monasteries en route such as Shey, Hemis and Thiksey; arrive Hanle to visit the 17th century Hanle monastery with panoramic village views and learn about the Indian astronomical observatory located at about 4,500 meters. Day 04: Tso Moriri Lake and Karzok

After breakfast drive to Tso Moriri via Chushul and Karzok across the isolated Changthang plateau, arrive at the stunning high altitude Tso Moriri (around 4,511 m) and spend the evening watching the changing hues and shadows on the lake and surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in Tso Moriri.

Day 05: Tsokar Lake and Tanglang La Pass

Morning after breakfast drive back toward Leh via Tsokar Lake, famed for its white salt deposits and birdlife, then join the Manali Leh route and cross Tanglang La Pass at about 5,328 meters enjoying spectacular high altitude vistas before arriving Leh in the evening for dinner. Day 06: Leh Departure and Airport Transfer
