Day 01: Leh Arrival and Acclimatization

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel where you will check in and have a complete day of rest for acclimatization with welcome tea and coffee served by the hotel; spend the day relaxing and adjusting to the altitude while enjoying hotel amenities and light local exploration as advised by the guide. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 02: Leh Market and Shanti Stupa

After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing covering Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa, then continue to Magnetic Hill, the Hall of Fame museum, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and the confluence of Zanskar and Indus rivers; return to Leh in the evening for leisure time and overnight stay. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 03: Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La pass, enjoying spectacular high altitude mountain views en route; on arrival check in at the hotel then visit Diskit monastery to see the 108 foot Maitreya Buddha and explore Hunder Sand Dunes where optional double humped camel rides and ATV rides are available on direct payment basis. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Pangong Lake via Shyok Route

Depart Nubra and drive towards Pangong Lake following the route via Khalsar, Agyam bridge and the villages of Shyok and Durbuk, passing steep but scenic stretches and reaching Pangong Lake by afternoon; explore the lake area, visit the three Idiot shooting point, sample local food at lakeside eateries, enjoy the colour changing lake and sunset along the shores. Overnight stay in Pangong.

Day 05: Return to Leh and Monastery Visits

Early morning witness the sunrise over Pangong Lake, then after breakfast drive back to Leh with a short halt at Changla Pass for tea; en route visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery with its stupas, thangkas and wall paintings, continue to Hemis Monastery to see its historic paintings and artifacts, and arrive in Leh for check in and evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 06: Leh Departure and Airport Transfer

After early morning transfers to Leh airport board your flight back to your onward destination, concluding the journey with fond memories of Ladakh. Overnight stay in transit as per flight schedule.
