Day 01: Helsinki Arrival & Exploration

Upon your arrival at Helsinki airport on December 6th, you will be transferred to your hotel in the city center for check-in. The afternoon is yours to explore the charming cobbled streets of Helsinki at your own pace before enjoying dinner in the city.
Overnight stay: Helsinki.

Day 02: Tallinn Day Trip & Overnight Train

After breakfast and hotel checkout on December 7th, you will be transferred to the Helsinki port to board a cruise to Tallinn. Upon arrival in Tallinn, a guided walking tour will introduce you to the city’s rich history and hidden gems, followed by lunch in the Old Town. You’ll have three hours of free time to further explore Tallinn’s Old Town before heading back to the port for your cruise to Helsinki, complete with a Finnish buffet dinner onboard. Upon returning to Helsinki, you will collect your luggage from the hotel and transfer to the Helsinki station to board your overnight train to Rovaniemi in a private cabin equipped with a private washroom and shower.

Day 03: Saariselka Road Trip & Northern Lights

Arrive in Rovaniemi on December 8th with a light breakfast on board. Your mystic road trip to Saariselka begins from the Rovaniemi railway station, including lunch en route. You will check into a traditional Finnish log cabin at Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, featuring amenities like a kitchenette and a private sauna. After a three-course dinner at the resort, embark on a Northern Lights wilderness trip directly from the resort.

Day 04: Glass Igloo & Arctic Adventures

On December 9th, after a Finnish breakfast at the resort, you will shift to your dream Glass Igloo. The day includes an adrenaline-filled two-hour snowmobile ride with approximately 50 minutes of riding time, allowing you to experience Lappish nature. After lunch consisting of soup and salad back at the resort, you will learn about reindeer herding and enjoy a 50-minute reindeer ride through the snowy landscape, part of a two-hour activity. Dinner will be a three-course meal at the resort, and you can try to view the Northern Lights from your room’s panoramic glass view.

Day 05: Santa Claus Village & Tornio Arrival

After breakfast and checking out of the resort on December 10th, you will begin your magical road trip to Tornio, with a stop at Rovaniemi to discover the Santa Claus Village. Enjoy lunch along the way, followed by a thrilling 2 km Husky ride in the Santa Village. You’ll cross the Arctic Circle, meet Santa Claus, and can send postcards with an official Santa stamp from his post office. After these activities, you will continue your journey to Tornio, check into your hotel, and have dinner.

Day 06: Ranua Zoo Excursion

On December 11th, after breakfast at your hotel in Tornio, you will be transferred to Ranua Zoo. This visit to the Ranua Wildlife Park offers insight into and opportunities to see Arctic animals, including around 50 species such as polar bears, wolves, reindeer, lynx, eagles, and owls. After lunch, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Tornio for dinner.

Day 07: Icebreaker Cruise & Return to Helsinki

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and check out on December 12th. You will take a shuttle to the port to board an icebreaker cruise, including lunch. Experience sailing on the icy waters of the Baltic Sea and the unique thrill of ice floating, dipping yourself into the frozen sea. After the experience, you will be transferred back to your hotel for an early dinner in Tornio before transferring to the Kemi railway station. You will then board a train to Helsinki in a private cabin with a shared washroom.

Day 08: Departure from Helsinki

On December 13th, you will have a light breakfast on board the train and arrive in Helsinki. A transfer will take you from the Helsinki train station to Helsinki airport for your departure, concluding your tour with JeeTravels.
