Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Cancellations by Ecotour Cell:
If tickets are cancelled by the JLR due to unforeseen events unsuitable for visitors' stay, the full amount will be refunded to the visitor.
Online Cancellation Process:
- All request for cancellation of confirmed booking have to be received through email (Used while booking) or in writing if booked at JLR office in Bangalore.
- The JLR or the destinations cannot process cancellations via email or telephone requests.
- Visitors intending to cancel their tickets must ensure the booking is cancelled and a confirmation email is received at the registered email ID.
Agent Bookings:
- Tickets booked by agents can only be cancelled through the concerned booking agents.

The water activities were the highlight of our stay! We loved the coracle ride and kayaking on the serene Cauvery River. The staff was professional and ensured our safety while we enjoyed the thrill of the water. It was a fantastic way to connect with nature and have fun at the same time!
