Driving to Rayagada, we had the opportunity to visit Taptapani’s hot springs, which added a refreshing break. The interaction with the Saura tribes was fascinating, particularly their vibrant wall paintings. The accommodations in Rayagada were comfortable, and the hospitality was commendable.
The journey to Gopalpur was picturesque, particularly our stop at Chilika Lake. The tranquility of the lake, coupled with its rich biodiversity, made for a perfect backdrop. Gopalpur’s stunning beach was an excellent place to unwind after the drive, and the local street food was a tasty treat. The day was well-paced, allowing ample time to relax and explore.
