Day 01: Arrival in Doha Souq Waqif

Guests are welcomed at Hamad International Airport by a private transfer service and driven to the hotel with early views of Doha’s skyline; after check in and time to settle into rooms, guests are picked up at approximately 19:30 for a cultural dining experience at Souq Waqif where they may enjoy authentic Qatari dishes and stroll the lively traditional marketplace before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Doha.

Day 02: Doha City tour Museum of Islamic Art

After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, guests depart at 09:00 for a three hour guided city tour featuring exterior photo stops at the Museum of Islamic Art and the National Museum of Qatar, a drive through the Mina District with views of the marina, a visit to Katara Cultural Village and a brief stop at The Pearl Qatar; guests return to the hotel by 12:30 for rest and at 16:00 are transferred to Lusail International Circuit to witness Practice Session 1 from 17:30 to 18:30 before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Doha.

Day 03: Desert adventure Lusail Sprint and Qualifying

Following breakfast, guests have the option to join a morning desert safari in a 4×4 with dune bashing and visits to the Inland Sea Khor Al Adaid—optional extras include lunch at Sealine Beach Resort, camel rides and sandboarding—then return to the hotel; at 16:00 guests are transferred to Lusail International Circuit for the Sprint Race from 17:00 to 18:00 and later the Qualifying Session from 21:00 to 22:00 under the lights before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Doha.

Day 04: Al Thakira kayaking Purple Island and Grand Prix

After breakfast guests begin the day with kayaking through Al Thakira Mangrove Reserve paddling among mangroves and local wildlife en route to Purple Island for coastal scenery, then return to the hotel to relax before being picked up at 17:30 for the Qatar Grand Prix at Lusail International Circuit where the Grand Prix Race runs from 19:00 to 21:00. Overnight stay in Doha.

Day 05: Departure from Doha

Following breakfast at the hotel guests check out and are transferred to Hamad International Airport for their departure.
