Day 1: Arrival in Jaisalmer – Lodruva, Kuldhara & Khaba Fort

Arrive in Jaisalmer and meet our tour representative at the airport or railway station. Check in at your hotel, then head out to Lodruva, the ancient former capital of the Bhati Rajputs, for its Parshvanath Jain Temple and the carved stone Kalpavriksha. Day 2: Longewala & Tanot Mata Border Excursion

An early, full-day excursion toward the Indo-Pak border, roughly 250 km round trip through open desert. Visit Tanot Mata Temple, the shrine local legend credits with surviving heavy shelling untouched during the 1971 war, followed by the Longewala War Memorial, site of the legendary battle where a small Indian Army post held off a far larger Pakistani armoured assault. Day 3: Transfer to Khuri – Desert Camp Experience

A relaxed morning, with an optional stop at Akal Wood Fossil Park to see its millions-of-years-old fossilised tree trunks, before transferring to Khuri, about 45 to 48 km away, a quieter desert village known for its mud-and-straw architecture. Check in at your camp, then spend the afternoon walking through the village. In the evening, take a camel safari into the dunes for sunset, followed by a Kalbelia folk performance, bonfire dinner and genuinely dark-sky stargazing. Overnight stay in Khuri.

Day 4: Khuri – Jaisalmer Departure
