Day 01: Arrival in Kigali and Airport Welcome

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport you will be met by an experienced safari guide who will transfer you to your hotel where you will check in and be briefed about your upcoming safari including the do’s and don’ts; the rest of the day is at leisure to relax and recover from your journey. Overnight stay in Kigali.

Day 02: Kigali City Tour and Genocide Memorial

After breakfast you will be picked up for a half day Kigali city tour which includes a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial Site and Museum to learn about the 1994 genocide era, a visit to local markets and an early lunch, after which you will depart for Uganda with road transfer toward Bwindi Forest National Park; evening arrival and overnight at the lodge of your choice in Bwindi. Overnight stay in Bwindi.

Day 03: Gorilla Trek in Bwindi and Community Tour

Begin with an early breakfast and transfer to the Park headquarters for briefing (location depends on your lodge sector — Buhoma or Ruhija in the north, Rushaga or Nkuringo in the south) before commencing the gorilla trek; trekking time searching for the gorillas can take approximately 2 to 5 hours and the full day activity may take 5 to 9 hours, and once the gorillas are located you will have one hour with them to take photos, videos and ask questions of the rangers and guides; packed lunch is provided, hiring porters is recommended (USD 15 per porter), and later in the afternoon enjoy a community tour around Bwindi before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Overnight stay in Bwindi.

Day 04: Transfer to Kigali and Departure

After morning breakfast you will transfer back to Kigali to connect with your international flight home; depending on your flight time you can opt to add a community walk before departure. End of tour.

1. Ocean6 Holidays partners exclusively with accommodations rated 3.5 stars or higher on Trip Advisor or Google.
2. All Accommodation rooms are volatile. No rooms are on hold.
3. Confirmation of Accommodation process starts upon guest payment receipt.
4. Accommodation confirms rooms after receiving payment from Ocean6 Holidays.
5. If promised Accommodation rooms are unavailable, refund or alternative accommodation will be proposed.

General Payment Policy

2. This INR.3540 will be fully adjustable with your Final Tour Booking valid for 6 months.

4. 50% Balance must be paid 30 days before Check-in Date.
5. 100% Payment must be made if the Check-in Date < 30 days.
