Day 01: Srinagar and Sonmarg Thajiwas Glacier

On arrival at Srinagar Airport drive to the panoramic village of Sonmarg (approx 2740–2800 m), known as the Meadow of Gold, enjoying one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar with snowy mountains and cerulean skies as a backdrop; you may take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier at your own cost and spend the day taking in the glacier views and alpine scenery. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.

Day 02: Sonmarg and Kargil Zojila Pass

After breakfast depart Sonmarg and traverse the often rough route up to Zojila Pass (3527 m) — the gateway to Ladakh — continuing via Drass (stop for tea and passport check) and visiting the War Memorial Hall and Museum before completing the drive to Kargil (2710 m). Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 03: Kargil to Leh Fotu La and Magnetic Hill

After breakfast drive from Kargil to Leh crossing several high passes including Fotu La (13,749 ft) and passing the Buddhist village of Mulbek with its giant rock Buddha; en route visit Nimu for views of the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers, stop at Magnetic Hill and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara before reaching Leh (approx 3500 m). Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 04: Leh Local Sightseeing Shey and Hemis

After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing around Leh starting at Sindhu Darshan on the banks of the Indus River, then visit Shey Palace the former summer capital, Hemis Gompa — the largest monastery of the Drukpa Kagyu order with notable thangkas and wall paintings — Thiksey Monastery with its stupas and statues, Druk White Lotus School (Rancho School), Shanti Stupa built to promote world peace, and Leh Palace with its commanding views and nearby market. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 05: Leh to Nubra Valley Khardung La Pass

After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (the world‑renowned high motorable road at approx 18,390 ft), admire the expansive snow‑capped ranges around the pass, descend into Nubra Valley (the Valley of Flowers and one of the warmest regions in Ladakh), check in at the hotel and enjoy an evening camel safari on the sand dunes. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 06: Nubra to Pangong Lake Shyok Route

After breakfast drive toward Pangong Lake following the route via Khalsar, take the left turn at Agyam bridge toward the Shyok and Durbuk villages, continue via Tangtse through steep but scenic roads to reach Pangong Lake (around 14,000 ft) — one of the largest brackish lakes in the Himalayas with part of the lake in Chinese territory — explore the lake area and watch for wildlife. Overnight stay in Pangong.

Day 07: Pangong Lake to Tso Moriri Karzok and Chushul

After breakfast drive from Pangong to Tso Moriri via Chushul and Karzok across the isolated Chanthang plateau, enjoying vast lonely stretches and spectacular high‑altitude landscapes; arrive at Tso Moriri (approx 4511 m, area ~140 sq km) and spend the evening admiring the changing colors and surrounding mountain reflections. Overnight stay in Tso Moriri.

Day 08: Tso Moriri to Leh Tsokar and Tanglang La

After breakfast check out and drive to Tsokar Lake (about 60 km from Tso Moriri) — the high altitude white salt lake at approx 15,280 ft noted for its birdlife including black‑necked cranes — then continue toward the Manali‑Leh Highway, cross Tanglang La Pass (approx 5,328 m) and return to Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 09: Leh Departure Airport Transfer

Early morning transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight and departure, concluding the journey with sweet memories of Ladakh.
