Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival Pashupatinath Boudhanath

After completion of immigration formalities at Tribhuvan International Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu; the remainder of the evening is free for leisure and acclimatization after arrival. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Pashupatinath Swayambhunath

After breakfast you will be taken for a guided tour of Kathmandu visiting Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa in the morning, followed later by a visit to Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa where you will climb approximately 360 stone steps to reach the top; evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Pokhara Drive Manakamana Option

After breakfast depart Kathmandu and drive to Pokhara (approx 210 km / 6 hrs). En route you may choose to opt for river rafting or visit Manakamana Temple (cable car available on direct payment). On arrival in Pokhara check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure with optional activities such as a walk along Phewa Lake or boating on direct payment. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 04: Jomsom Scenic Drive Baglung Kalika

After breakfast drive from Pokhara to Jomsom (approx 180 km / 7 hrs); the road beyond Beni is largely unpaved and bumpy but offers scenic views subject to clear weather. En route visit Baglung Kalika Temple and Galeshwor Mahadev, then arrive in Jomsom and check in at the lodge. Overnight stay in Jomsom.

Day 05: Muktinath Darshan Pokhara Return

After breakfast travel by local vehicle along the Kaligandaki river (about 1 hour) to the base of Muktinath Temple, then walk up stairs for roughly 20 minutes to the shrine (ponies or motorbikes available on direct payment for those unable to walk); perform darshan on your own, return to Jomsom and then transfer back to Pokhara via the same bumpy, unpaved route. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 06: Pokhara Vindyavasini Davids Fall Gupteshwar Return Kathmandu

After breakfast visit Vindyavasini Temple, David’s Fall and Gupteshwar Mahadev Caves (the cave complex includes the Shiva temple and, about 100 metres further down, the outflow from David’s Fall; access beyond the temple may be restricted during monsoon). Later in the day transfer back to Kathmandu, check in at the hotel and enjoy an evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 07: Kathmandu Departure Tribhuvan Airport

After breakfast you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your return journey. No overnight stay.
