Day 01: Saigon Arrival and Airport Transfer

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport our guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check in (standard check in time 14:00 to 15:00; early check in is not guaranteed). The remainder of the day is free at leisure to relax or explore Saigon on your own. Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 02: Saigon Cu Chi Tunnels and City Sights

In the morning depart for a half day visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels located about 75 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, exploring the hand dug multilevel tunnel network used by Viet Cong forces including meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics and emergency exits and learning about their role in guerrilla warfare; after lunch return to Saigon to visit Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), then see the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office, and finish with a visit to the War Remnants Museum which displays extensive exhibits on the Indochina wars. Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 03: Mekong Delta My Tho Sampan Cruise and Villages

After breakfast depart the city for My Tho on the Mekong Delta; visit Vinh Trang Pagoda then board a sampan to cruise around the four islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise, stop at Unicorn Island to walk country lanes, visit orchards and a fruit plantation while enjoying seasonal tropical fruits and local folk music, ride a hand rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, visit a local family business and a honey bee farm and enjoy honey tea and a coconut candy workshop before returning to Saigon. Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 04: Saigon Departure and Airport Transfer

After breakfast you are free at leisure until your transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight home. END OF SERVICES. No overnight stay.
