Day 1: Varanasi Arrival and Bodhgaya Transfer

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, you will be met and greeted and transferred by surface to Bodhgaya (approx. 250 Kms / 5 Hrs). Bodh Gaya is famed for the Mahabodhi Temple where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment; foreign countries have supported facilities for pilgrims and monasteries surround the sacred precinct. On arrival check in at the hotel and relax after the drive. Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Day 2: Bodhgaya Sightseeing Mahabodhi Temple Great Buddha Statue

After breakfast, check out and proceed for Bodhgaya sightseeing visiting the Mahabodhi Temple complex surrounding the sacred Bodhi Tree, the Great Buddha Statue installed by the XIV Dalai Lama, the venerable Bodhi Tree itself and Sujata Kuti which commemorates the tribal woman who offered rice pudding to the fasting Buddha; after sightseeing depart for Varanasi by surface (approx. 250 Kms / 5 Hrs). On arrival check in at the hotel in Varanasi. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 3: Varanasi Ghats and Sarnath Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Start early with an optional morning boat ride on the Ganges to witness the morning rituals and the ghats (boat ride at own cost), then visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Annapurna Temple before returning to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast check out and proceed to Sarnath to see the stupas, excavated sites and museums of this important Buddhist site, and thereafter continue by surface to Ayodhya (approx. 220 Kms / 3 Hrs). On arrival in Ayodhya check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 4: Ayodhya Pilgrimage Ramjanmabhoomi Hanuman Garhi

After breakfast proceed for Ayodhya sightseeing visiting Ramjanma Bhoomi (the believed birthplace of Lord Rama), Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan and Sita Ki Rasoi, exploring the city’s sacred sites associated with the Ramayana. After sightseeing depart for Prayagraj by surface (approx. 167 Kms / 3½ Hrs). On arrival check in at the hotel in Prayagraj. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 5: Chitrakoot Excursion Ram Ghat Bharat Milap Temple

After breakfast take a day trip to Chitrakoot (one way approx. 128 Kms / 3 Hrs) and visit Ram Ghat on the Mandakini River, Bharat Milap Temple, Janki Kund and the sacred Kamadgiri hill with its forested temples and pilgrimage sites associated with Lord Rama’s exile. After sightseeing return to Prayagraj and overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 6: Prayagraj Sightseeing Triveni Sangam Anand Bhawan

After breakfast check out and proceed for Prayagraj sightseeing visiting the Triveni Sangam (confluence of Ganga Yamuna and mythical Saraswati), Anand Bhawan museum, Khusro Bagh and Bade Hanuman Mandir; after sightseeing depart for Varanasi by surface (approx. 120 Kms / 3 Hrs). On arrival check in at the hotel and later in the evening attend the Ganga Aarti at the ghats. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 7: Varanasi Temple Tour Sankat Mochan Tulsi Manas Mandir

After breakfast check out and proceed for a temple tour of Varanasi visiting Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Bharat Mata Mandir and the Durga Temple near Durga Ghat. After the temple tour transfer to Varanasi Railway Station or Airport for onward journey.
