Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, a local representative holding a placard with your name will warmly welcome you at the arrival hall. After a brief meet-and-greet, assistance will be provided with your luggage, followed by a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle transfer to your hotel in Seoul or Goyang (close to KINTEX). After check-in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax and recover from your journey. Explore nearby restaurants or take a short walk around your hotel to get a feel of the city. Day 2: Korea Metal Week Begins
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before departing for KINTEX Exhibition Center to attend Korea Metal Week 2025, one of Asia’s leading metal and machinery trade shows. Explore sectors including Fasteners, Die Casting, Forging, and 3D Printing. Attend live demos, product launches, and technical seminars. Lunch will be on your own from a variety of food stalls and restaurants within the venue. In the evening, regroup and head to a local Korean restaurant for a delicious group dinner featuring authentic Korean cuisine. Overnight stay in Seoul/Goyang.
Day 3: Deep Dive at KINTEX
After breakfast, return to KINTEX for another full day at the trade fair. Dive deeper into business meetings, B2B networking, and explore new technologies and innovations in the metal industry. Lunch will be on your own from the venue’s international food court. Optionally, attend a focused seminar or workshop relevant to your industry.
