Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Cancellations by Ecotour Cell:

If tickets are cancelled by the Ecotour Cell due to unforeseen events unsuitable for visitors' stay, the full amount will be refunded to the visitor.

Online Cancellation Process:

• Cancellations of bookings done online can only be processed through the portal by the visitors themselves.
• The Ecotourism Cell or the destinations cannot process cancellations via email or telephone requests.
• Visitors intending to cancel their tickets must ensure the booking is cancelled and a confirmation email is received at the registered email ID.

Agent and Cash Counter Bookings:

• Tickets booked by agents can only be cancelled through the concerned booking agents.
• Bookings made at cash counters can only be cancelled at the respective cash counter where the booking was made.

Cancellation Charges

Additional Information:

• The above charges are applicable on the total booking amount, excluding the transaction charge and applicable taxes, which are non-refundable.
• Refunds due to cancellations will be processed within 7 to 15 days from the date of cancellation.
• Tickets booked at cash counters need to be cancelled at the concerned cash counters.
