Day 01: Arrive at Leh Airport

(Altitude: 3505 meters / 11567 ft) Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel. Rest for the first half of the day to acclimatize. After lunch, visit the famous Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and Leh Market. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

• Shanti Stupa: A white-domed Buddhist Stupa promoting world peace, known for its unique structure and picturesque surroundings.
• Leh Palace: A 17th-century former royal palace housing a museum and prayer room, offering panoramic views of Leh and the Zanskar mountains.

Day 02: Leh – Sangam – Hall of Fame – Magnetic Hill – Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to:

• Sangam View: Where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet, offering an option for river rafting (at own cost).
• Magnetic Hill: A stretch of road on the Leh-Kargil Highway known for its gravity-defying phenomenon.
• Gurudwara Pathar Sahib: A gurdwara built in 1517 to honor Guru Nanak’s visit to Ladakh, featuring a sacred rock enshrined in the gurdwara.
• Spituk Monastery: Home to the wish-fulfilling Kali Mata.
• Hall of Fame: A war memorial museum.

Return to Leh for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Leh – Nubra Valley (via Khardung La Pass)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at 18,300 feet. Enjoy the amazing views from the top. Explore Hunder, known for its rolling sand dunes and double-humped camels. Option for a camel safari (at own cost). Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake via Shayok – Back to Leh via Changla

After breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok, Tangtse, and Spangmik. Visit Disket Monastery en route. Enjoy a photo session around Pangong Lake. Later, drive back to Leh via Changla Pass. Reach Leh by noon. Relax and stay overnight at the hotel in Leh.

Day 05: Leh Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your return journey, leaving with sweet memories of the Ladakh Tour.

Special Instructions:

• Only post-paid mobile phones work in Leh-Ladakh, preferably BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone. As phones may not work at many places, keep your family members informed well in advance not to worry if they fail to contact you.
• You would hardly find any cellular network in most of the areas in Leh. BSNL works better here, however you would find Airtel signals also at some places.
• Carry good sunscreen lotion, sunglasses (goggles), and a cap with you to avoid sunburn as sun rays are direct and can burn your skin.
• Don’t forget to carry a photo ID with you. Passport is the best option. Voter Cards & Aadhaar Cards are also valid.
• Leh has only a few ATM machines where you can withdraw cash. But mostly these machines witness long queues of customers and run out of cash most of the time. So carrying enough cash is advisable.
