Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar and Night Stay | Enjoy the Sunset at Dal Lake

The drive through Daksum, covered in lush coniferous forests, is a paradise for trekkers. The uphill drive from Daksum to Sinthan Top (30.7 km) is thrilling and adventurous. Sinthan Top offers a 360-degree view and year-round snow, making it popular for mountaineering and skiing. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Excursion to Bangus Valley | Discover the Pristine Meadows
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and prepare for a day tour of Bangus Valley, one of Kashmir’s most pristine and offbeat locations. Situated in the Kupwara district, this valley is known for its serene and untouched landscapes, grassy meadows, and the Mawri River. The meadows are surrounded by the towering mountains of Chowkibal, Qazinag, and Shamsbery. Activities in Bangus Valley include trekking, camping, wildlife safari, fishing, and sightseeing. Local guides will take you through the meadows and forests. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar to Gurez | Exploring the Sub-Himalayan Ranges
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and prepare for a trip to Gurez Valley. The journey from Srinagar to Dawar includes a mix of road conditions, with a few rough patches between Razdan Pass and Dawar. Gurez Valley is increasingly becoming a popular tourist destination, with attractions like Habba Khatoon peak and waterfall, Khandiyal Top, Chorwan village, Kishanganga River, and the dam lake, mostly located around Dawar. Check in at your hotel, get fresh, and enjoy some snacks. Overnight stay in Gurez.
Day 5: Gurez to Srinagar | Departure from the Sub-Himalayan Valleys
After breakfast, spend the day exploring Gurez Valley. Prepare for departure back to Srinagar. The road from Gurez to Srinagar passes through narrow towns and villages and can be quite busy, so the 130 km journey can take up to 7 hours. Upon arrival in Srinagar, check in to a houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Departure from Srinagar | Farewell to the Paradise
Wake up, have a sumptuous breakfast, pack your bags, and check out from the hotel or houseboat. If time permits, enjoy some local sightseeing in Srinagar. In the evening, you will be dropped off at your desired location in Srinagar, bringing your wonderful trip to an end with a bundle of happy memories.
