Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Cancellations by Ecotour Cell:
If tickets are cancelled by the JLR due to unforeseen events unsuitable for visitors' stay, the full amount will be refunded to the visitor.
Online Cancellation Process:
- All request for cancellation of confirmed booking have to be received through email (Used while booking) or in writing if booked at JLR office in Bangalore.
- The JLR or the destinations cannot process cancellations via email or telephone requests.
- Visitors intending to cancel their tickets must ensure the booking is cancelled and a confirmation email is received at the registered email ID.
Agent Bookings:
- Tickets booked by agents can only be cancelled through the concerned booking agents.

The accommodations at Kali Adventure Camp were comfortable and cozy. I loved falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle! The staff were friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
