Arrival and Transfer, Upon arrival at Bishnupur Station, we were warmly welcomed by the Ocean6 team, who ensured a smooth transfer to our charming mud house accommodation. The serene environment of Bishnupur set the tone for a relaxing stay. After checking in, we had the evening free to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, which was a perfect way to start the tour.
Local Sightseeing, The second day was filled with exploration. After a hearty breakfast, we set out for local sightseeing in Bishnupur. The terracotta temples, masterpieces of craftsmanship from the Malla rulers, were truly a highlight. Each temple told a story of the town’s rich heritage, and I particularly enjoyed learning about the significance of the Baluchari sarees and the famous Bankura Horse.
