Start your day with an early morning gypsy safari in the Agoratoli Range, a paradise for bird watchers and home to Kaziranga’s “Big 5” (One-horned Rhino, Bengal Tiger, Wild-Water Buffalo, Asian Elephant, and Eastern Swamp Deer). Spot a variety of migratory and resident bird species in this wildlife-rich range. After the safari, return to the homestay for breakfast. Spend the afternoon visiting the Orchid Park, showcasing the region’s floral diversity, and the Kaipholangso Waterfall, a serene retreat amidst nature. Return to the homestay in the evening for a relaxing dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Cultural and Natural Highlights – Departure
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and begin your day with a visit to the Weaver’s Resource Center to witness the intricate art of traditional Assamese weaving. Later, head to the Hollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary to see India’s only ape species, the Hoolock Gibbons, in their natural habitat. Return to the homestay for lunch and prepare for your departure. Our time at Agoratoli Jungalow was nothing short of perfect! The peaceful environment and the breathtaking views of Kaziranga made this a dream vacation.
