Day 1: Arrival in Bhubaneswar – Konark (Sun Temple) – Puri

Pickup from Bhubaneswar airport and proceed to Puri. Then drive to Konark on the scenic marine drive, visiting Chandrabhaga Beach and Ramchandi Temple. Explore the famous Sun Temple, also known as the Black Pagoda, a 12th-century temple adorned with intricate stone carvings. In the evening, enjoy the light and sound show at Konark (at your own cost). After reaching Puri, check into your hotel and relax at Puri Beach. Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 2: Puri – Jagannath Temple – Chilika Lake (Satpada) – Puri

After breakfast, visit the Sri Jagannath Temple (entry restricted to Hindus), followed by Gundicha Temple and Bedi Hanuman Temple. Depart for Satapada at Chilika Lake, visiting Alarnath Temple en route. At Chilika Lake, take a boat ride (at your own cost) to see the Irrawaddy dolphins and the Hradaya-Sagar Sangam, where the lake meets the sea. Enjoy the natural beauty of India’s largest inland lake. Return to Puri in the evening for relaxation at the golden beach and shopping at the local market. Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 3: Puri – Satkosia

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Satkosia. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise in Satkosia (at your own cost) and enjoy trekking along nature trails. Overnight stay at Satkosia.

Day 4: Satkosia – Bhitarkanika

After breakfast, drive to Bhitarkanika. Upon arrival at Dangmal, check into the Forest Lodge. Overnight stay at Bhitarkanika.

Day 5: Bhitarkanika

After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Bhitarkanika. Explore the mangrove forest and spot crocodiles on a boat cruise (at your own cost). Visit the Bird Sanctuary, trek to the Hunting Tower of the ancient King of Kanika (a 3-4 hour trek), and explore the Crocodile Museum and Interpretation Center. Overnight stay at Bhitarkanika.

Day 6: Bhitarkanika – Ratnagiri/Lalitgiri/Udayagiri – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to visit the ancient Buddhist monasteries at Lalitgiri, Udayagiri, and Ratnagiri. These sites form the Golden Triangle of Odisha. Also visit Langudi Hill, known for its 34 rock-cut Buddhist stupas. After sightseeing, drive to Bhubaneswar and check into your hotel. Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

Day 7: Bhubaneswar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Bhubaneswar. Visit the Rajarani Temple, Mukteshwar Temple, Parshurameshwaram Temple, Khandagiri and Udaygiri Jain caves, and Nandankanan Zoo (famous for its white tiger and lion safari, closed on Mondays). If time permits, visit the Tribal Museum (closed on Mondays). Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

Day 8: Bhubaneswar – Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit Pipli Village, Dhauli Peace Pagoda, Lingaraj Temple, Chausath Yogini Temple, and Ekamra Haat (if time permits). Transfer to the airport/railway station for your onward journey with wonderful memories.
