Day 1: Arrival and Waterfront Exploration

Upon arrival at Kuching International Airport (via KLIA) at 8.10pm, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Afterwards, enjoy a free and easy walk along the Kuching Waterfront, taking in the sights of the Darul Hana Bridge, a pedestrian bridge with a dynamic twisting shape, viewing area, and coloured night lights, and the scenic promenade along the Sarawak River, known for its history, local food, and cultural landmarks. Day 2: Bako National Park Adventure

After breakfast at the hotel, depart at 8am for Bako National Park Terminal Jetty, followed by a 40-minute boat ride to the National Park. Spend the full day exploring Bako National Park, a diverse ecosystem featuring rainforest, abundant wildlife, jungle streams, waterfalls, secluded beaches, and trekking trails. Observe wildlife, including Proboscis monkeys, macaques, bearded pigs, and various bird species, and admire the scenic coastal landscapes and unique rock formations. Enjoy lunch at Bako Cafeteria or a nearby local restaurant around 1.30pm. Day 5: Culture & River Cruise

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing at 8.30am to visit the Borneo Cultures Museum. Explore the five-storey building designed in a modern style, reflecting Sarawak’s unique traditional crafts and rich cultural heritage. Lunch will be at a local restaurant at 1pm, followed by a city tour. At 4.30pm, depart to Kuching Waterfront Jetty for a Sarawak River Sunset Cruise Tour (5.30pm – 7.00pm), offering a luxurious and pleasurable cruising experience. Dinner will be at Top Spot Chinese Seafood Restaurant at 7.30pm. Overnight stay in Kuching.

Day 6: Sarawak to Sabah

After breakfast at the hotel, depart at 8.30am for a visit to the famous Sarawak Layer Cake ‘Kek Lapis Sarawak’ Outlet. At 11am, transfer to Kuching International Airport for your flight to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. You will be received at Kota Kinabalu Airport at 4.25pm. At 5.25pm, visit Tanjung Aru Beach to watch the sunset. Dinner will be in Kota Kinabalu at 7.30pm, followed by check-in to SHANGRILA BANDARAN HOTEL, Kota Kinabalu. Overnight stay in Kota Kinabalu.

Day 7: Kundasang Highland Tour

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 7.30am before starting the journey to Kundasang. At 8.30am, visit Jambatan Tamparuli, followed by Nabalu Handicraft Market at 9.15am. At 10.45am, visit Desa Cattle Farm, Masilou. Lunch will be at Kinabalu Pines Resort, Kundasang at 12.30pm. At 1.45pm, visit Marakau Fish Spa, Ranau. At 2.30pm, relax at Poring Hot Spring, with a possible chance to see the Rafflesia flower. Proceed back to Kota Kinabalu at 3.30pm. Dinner will be in Kota Kinabalu at 6.30pm. Day 8: Island Hopping & Departure

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 7.30am. Transfer to jetty at 8.00am, boarding a 15-minute ferry ride to one of the islands that make up the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park at 8.30am. Spend the day at your leisure, swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing on the beach. Lunch is included at the island at 1.00pm. Board the boat from the island jetty to Kota Kinabalu mainland at 2.00pm and transfer back to the hotel to refresh. Check out at 2.30pm. At 3.00pm, visit Jamilah Jewelery, Filipino Market, and Pasar Ikan Masin for shopping. Proceed to Kota Kinabalu International Airport at 6.50pm for your return flight at 9.45pm.
