Day 1: Arrival in Hong Kong (13-Oct-2025)
Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, complete immigration and baggage formalities. You will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel via an air-conditioned coach. After check-in, unwind at the hotel or explore the Global Sources Exhibition / Mega Show at your leisure. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for your overnight stay in Hong Kong.
Day 2: Hong Kong City Tour & Transfer to Guangzhou (14-Oct-2025)
After breakfast and check-out, begin a half-day city tour of Hong Kong, exploring key landmarks (lunch at own expense). Post-tour, travel to Guangzhou via an air-conditioned coach with assistance for border crossing and immigration formalities. On arrival, check in to your Guangzhou hotel, followed by a delightful Indian dinner. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Day 3: Canton Fair Visit (15-Oct-2025)
Start your day with breakfast and head to the 138th Canton Fair Complex via the shuttle bus service. Spend the day engaging with global exhibitors, exploring new products, and networking with professionals. Lunch will be at your own expense. In the evening, return to the hotel and proceed for dinner at Hilton, accompanied by our tour guide. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Day 4: Canton Fair Visit (16-Oct-2025)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before returning to the Canton Fair Complex by shuttle bus. Continue exploring exhibitions and attending business meetings. Lunch is at your own arrangement. After a full day at the fair, return via shuttle and join the group for dinner at Hilton. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Day 5: Canton Fair & Guangzhou City Tour (17-Oct-2025)
Post breakfast, visit the Canton Fair in the morning via shuttle service. After lunch (on your own), choose between continuing at the fair or joining a 3-hour guided city and shopping tour of Guangzhou. In the evening, reconvene for dinner at Hilton, then return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Day 6: Final Canton Fair Visit & Optional City Tour (18-Oct-2025)
After breakfast, head to the fair for your final visit. Alternatively, guests may opt for an optional half-day city tour post-lunch (on your own). The day wraps up with a group dinner at Hilton, reflecting on the week’s experience. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
Day 7: Departure via Hong Kong (19-Oct-2025)
Following breakfast and check-out, transfer back to Hong Kong by AC coach. Lunch will be on your own during the journey. Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport, where our representative will assist you with check-in and luggage. Complete all formalities and board your return flight to India, bringing your journey with Ocean6 Holidays to a memorable close.
