Day 1: Arrival and Exploration of Mukutmanipur
Your journey begins with a morning arrival at Jhargram or Bankura by train from Howrah, or by road from Kolkata (228 km). Upon arrival, proceed to check-in at your accommodation in Mukutmanipur. After a short period of relaxation and freshening up, enjoy a hearty lunch.

In the afternoon, set out for a half-day excursion to explore the scenic Mukutmanipur Dam, where you can admire the vast expanse of water and the surrounding landscapes. If you wish, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the serene waters of the dam (at an extra cost), and visit the nearby Deer Park to observe the local wildlife in their natural habitat. As the day draws to a close, witness the mesmerizing sunset from the Pareshnath Temple area, where the golden hues reflect off the tranquil waters. Day 2: Full-Day Excursion to Ambika Temple, Jhilimili Forest, and Sutan Forest
Start your day early with an optional visit to a sunrise viewpoint to witness the first light of the day. After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and prepare for a full day of exploration.

Your first stop is the revered Ambika Temple, known for its spiritual significance and beautiful architecture. After paying your respects, continue your journey through the enchanting Jhilimili Forest, also known as “Baro Mile-er Jungle,” where you can immerse yourself in the lush greenery and serenity of the area. Climb up the Watch Tower to get a bird’s eye view of the surrounding forest and landscapes.

Day 3: Excursion to Belpahari and Departure
After a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel and prepare for a half-day excursion to Belpahari. Your first stop will be the Laljal Cave, a natural wonder that offers a unique exploration experience.
