Tiger Photography at Ranthambore National Park with Ocean6 Holidays

Tiger Photography at Ranthambore National Park the most famous national parks of India, is situated in the eastern part of the northwestern Indian state of Rajasthan. Named by the historic Ranthambore fortress, the park is bounded by the Banas river in the north & the Chambal river in the south. Established as the Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary in 1955, Ranthambore was declared one of the Project Tigers in 1973. Subsequently it became a national park in 1980. Previously a hunting ground of the royals of Rajasthan, Ranthambore is known for it’s tigers. They roam about majestically throughout the park and can be seen in broad daylight often. Ranthambore National Park is one of the better places in India for tiger sighting as the tiger population is healthy and the forest is mostly dry deciduous type & less dense than other jungles in India. In a nutshell, Ranthambore National Park is a wildlife enthusiasts’s & photographer’s dream.

Ocean6 Holidays has got it’s own team and base in Sawai Madhopur, to facilitate all it’s upcoming Ranthambore tours. All our guests will be provided with a contact person present in Sawai Madhopur representing Ocean6 Holidays during their complete Ranthambore trip.
